Keeping up with maintenance is an important part of owning an RV. Considering how much an RV can do for you while traveling, there are plenty of moving parts that need to be maintained if they are going to continue to work properly.
Detailing your RV can be a rewarding process. When you slow down and take the time to clean all the little nooks and crannies, you’ll gradually bring your RV back to new condition–or as close to new as is possible. With that said, this task can turn into a difficult chore if you don’t have the right supplies on hand for the job. We’ll take a closer look at some of the key RV detailing supplies you need to manage this job with ease time after time.
If you want to get into cross-country trips or long getaways, a sprinter van is a great alternative to massive RVs. They offer most of the comforts of home in a compact package that is easier to maneuver around highways and back roads. Whether you already own a sprinter van, or you are planning to purchase one shortly, you’ll want to consider these top sprinter van upgrades to get even more from the experience.
Looking for an RV cover?
A camper or a trailer can be a beneficial investment, especially if you use it as a home away from home. However, we need to make sure that we protect our investments so that they last for a really long time. The sun is the number-one element that can damage our RVs. That’s why a metal RV cover is the best option for you!
Some of our customers think it’s expensive to purchase a metal RV cover, since they believe that they need to pour a concrete pad on their land to secure the structure to the ground. That can be done, but only if it’s what our customers really want. There’s no need to pour a concrete pad for your metal RV cover if you don’t want to, since we can anchor the unit to the ground as long as it’s leveled.
For example, look at this metal RV cover installed on the ground:
- 24’W x 31’L x 12’H
- Standard Roof
- 3′ Side & 9′ Side
- Horizontal End
- Mobile Home Anchors
With our mobile home anchors, your metal building can be secured directly to the ground. If you want additional protection, furthermore, you can add our 90-mph wind warranty when you purchase all anchors needed.
The only way to ensure that your RV is fully protected, however, is to make sure that it’s shielded by a metal structure like a carport or garage. Lucky for you, we sell both! If you don’t have one, then there’s not much you can do to make sure that your RV won’t be damaged.

There are many different ways for you to protect your RV with a steel metal building. If your RV overpasses the 12’ height advertised in our standard flyers, that’s not a challenge for Carport Kingdom. We know that RVs come in many sizes, designs, and styles; some of them can be very tall or very long. One of our customers’ main concerns is when they don’t see their desired dimensions in our flyers, they assume that we can’t go taller than 12’.
However, there are other ways for our customers to get taller buildings, even when they’re only paying for 12’ ones. Remember that concrete can be shifted and built in any way you want; most of the time, our customers opt for a foundation wall. A foundation wall will provide support for the metal structure and the whole structure that you are building. This method needs to be planned and constructed carefully, as foundation walls are probably the most important part of the structures. Please be aware that Carport Kingdom does not offer any type of concrete work.
Take a look at this 18’W x 41’L x 12’H Vertical RV cover:
*Concrete foundations must meet certain requirements for the building to covered by the warranty.

Aside from the options for customizing your metal building, there are many reasons to add one of our structures to your property. These are not only the obvious reasons, but also certain benefits that you might not know about yet. The carport industry has recently gone through many changes, and so have we. As such, we have made a large amount of improvements to our products with the help of our highly skilled engineers.
One of the biggest benefits of owning a metal carport is protecting your belongings from the weather. Even when you park your vehicle under a shady tree, the normal heat and light from the sun can increase the temperatures inside, causing extensive damage over time. The best alternative is to park it under a metal carport or garage. This will decrease the amount of damage caused by weather factors.
Do you know that you can also reduce criminal activity with a metal carport? As crazy as it sounds, if you keep the area well-lit, it can be repellent to criminal activity against your vehicle because of the increased visibility.
Since we’re talking about metal carports, why not taking a look at this 22’W x 36’L x 12’H standard carport?
• 3′ Sides
• Gable End (back end)
•12-Gauge Galvanized Tubing
It’s spacious enough to cover an RV or any other type of big vehicle. Remember that we can always change the dimensions according to your needs. If you need us to go taller than 12’, we can do it!

Why pay to store your RV when you can get your own RV cover?
RVs requires attention and care if you want to take exciting family vacations in them. They don’t only provide shelter, they also provide comfort. That’s why it’s important to protect your RV from the environment, especially from the burning heat.
Many people pay to store their RVs in the summer to keep them in the shade. That’s a pretty good way to protect your RV, but wouldn’t it be simpler to have your own RV cover at your own house? That’s where Carport Kingdom can save the day!
Our experts can help you customize a metal cover to protect your RV from inclement weather. Although our pricing flyers only 12-foot high covers, that doesn’t mean we can’t go taller. We know that some RVs need more than 12 feet of clearance, and our experts can help you price and design one for your own RV.
Take this 20’W × 46’L × 12’H as an example:
This unit has 3-foot sides and a standard roof. But if you live in an area where snow is a concern, a vertical roof will be your best choice.
If you’re not sure what type or style of roof you need, just give us a call! One of our sales representatives will take care of you by providing a free quote and a sketch if you need one. Make sure to check with your local building department to certify your metal RV cover according to your local codes.
